Our product lines have always been produced in an environmentally friendly way. Our mission is to give back to nature everything it gives us every day.

Pure natural product

The term "Terra Cotta" stands for burnt earth and is therefore a purely natural product. According to proven tradition, our handmade wines are
Tiles formed and fired from the natural raw material clay and water. We do not use any kind of chemical additives.

Our terracotta are handmade – not industrial production.

Due to the terracotta made in this way, there are naturally unevenness and pores. You can also recognize the handiwork by small cracks and bullet holes.
Since it is a natural product, a patina forms over time. If this is not desired to be removed very easily, please see Cleaning and care . These are individual signs of the times that make up the charm of real terracotta. 

Low-emission production

Since our terracotta is a natural product, we are of course always trying to do our work in harmony with nature. 

We always strive to keep clay mining as environmentally friendly as possible. We pay attention to short transport routes. Since we use the 
Tuscan sun, no additional energy is needed for drying.

The firing of terracotta requires high temperatures. Therefore, we use biological and high-performance fuels as sparingly as possible. State-of-the-art filter technology is very important to us. 

Environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Terracotta not only has charm, it is also very sustainable.
We only use natural clay from nature, where it is available in sufficient quantities. There is no waste, as we have very little material expenditure. The service life does the rest - it can last several hundred years. Sustainable and beautiful - that's what makes our terracotta so popular.
