Shipping from Italy
We ship orders up to 31.5 kilograms with DHL / DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code from DHL and can conveniently track your shipment.
Larger shipments will be shipped with our partner freight forwarder. After your order has been picked up from us, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone and coordinate the delivery date with you.
The shipping costs depend on the item, the quantity and the destination. For a joint delivery, a maximum of 49 € shipping costs are incurred in Germany.
Your shipping costs are calculated automatically after you have added a product to your shopping cart.
If your order contains both immediately available and not yet available items, you can choose at checkout: Deliver it all togetheras soon as all items are available, or Send available items in advance and receive the remaining items later. In the case of a partial delivery, the shipping costs for advance delivery and subsequent delivery will be calculated separately and displayed as a total amount at checkout. Additional shipping costs may also apply for advance delivery from an order value of €600.
Stock goods and specially marked items will be shipped after receipt of payment.
The delivery will then take place as indicated.
For marked products, direct delivery from Italy is possible for an average of €79. Please note that if there are also unmarked products in the shopping cart, this option will automatically expire. No engraving is possible for direct delivery.
You can pick up your order after making an appointment by phone at our company address, Via Lucardo Alto 36, 50025 Lucardo, Italy. There are no shipping costs for pick-up.
We deliver to Switzerland again. We will inform you individually of the shipping costs and delivery conditions for your order.
For deliveries abroad we charge a flat fee of 69 €. This flat rate is without guarantee. After your order has been received by us, you will be given the exact shipping costs (these can be lower or higher). If you do not agree with the shipping costs mentioned to you, you can cancel your order within 7 days. If you have already made a payment to us, this will be refunded to you.
Please note that for our handmade products, such as terracotta, the information on the delivery time is approximate and since they are made to order, no revocation is possible.
Important information on production, delivery times and cancellation
Since our products – such as Impruneta terracotta, bronze, cast iron, marble and metalwork – are traditional, handmade unique pieces, we ask you to note the following special features regarding production and shipping:
1. Non-binding delivery times (approximate information)
The delivery times given in the product descriptions are approximate (approximate values). Since each product is only individually made for you after your order, exact delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed in advance.
2. Production-related delays
Production in small, traditional manufactories is an artisanal process that is influenced by various factors. A longer production and delivery time (in individual cases even over several months) can have the following causes in particular:
Optimal furnace utilization: For ecological and economic reasons, kilns must be optimally equipped. Since vessels have different shapes and sizes, filling cannot take place strictly according to the order date.
Capacities of the manufactories: Small craft businesses have limited space and personnel resources.
Specialization: Large or particularly complex vessels often require the expertise of certain craftsmen. If a specialized employee is temporarily unavailable, completion may be delayed.
Company holidays in August: Please note that there is no production in the month of August due to the traditional company holidays in Italy. During this time, the production processes are suspended.
After the company holidays, the manufactories first process the orders received before the start of the company holidays. Only then can new orders be processed. This can extend the delivery time for orders during and after the company holidays.
Note for multiple orders: If you order several containers at the same time, the total delivery time may be longer than the information in the shop, as the pieces may be produced in different production cycles.
3. Legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for all our handmade products that are made to order for you.
Legal background: According to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of distance contracts if the goods are not prefabricated and an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their production or if they are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. By placing the order, you agree to this custom-made product.
