The liquid SERAMIS® vital food is the ideal food for all cacti and succulents. The special nitrogen-reduced and phosphorus-rich nutrient formula is specially tailored to cacti and succulents. It effectively supplies your plants with all important main and trace nutrients and thus promotes long-lasting, magnificent flowering and healthy growth of your plants. In addition to the SERAMIS® vital food, we recommend the SERAMIS® special substrate for cacti and succulents as well as the practical SERAMIS® watering indicator.

From March to October, fertilize every second watering, do not fertilize in the resting phase from November to February.

Every second watering, add a dosing cap of liquid SERAMIS® vital food for all cacti and succulents to 1 litre of water. Thanks to this regular, gentle fertilisation, your plants are always ideally supplied with all important main and trace nutrients. The special nutrient formula ensures an optimal nutrient supply and thus magnificently flowering cacti and succulents.

*Ensuring winter hardiness
In order to enjoy your terracotta containers for a long time, you should consider the following points:
To prevent water from accumulating, you should place the container on terracotta feet or underlay the container with wooden strips. This prevents waterlogging and thus prevents frost damage to the object, figure, pot and plant.
There must be no water in vessels, water bowls, fountains, bird baths, saucers, etc. in winter or frost.
Cover the hole at the bottom with a curved clay disc and make a drainage with expanded clay and a fleece.
In a hardware store or garden centre, you can get expanded clay with a grain size of 8 – 16 mm. Then cover the expanded clay with a generously cut piece of garden fleece up to the edge. This prevents the soil from seeping through and thus clogging the drainage hole. A nice side effect, the terrace is not soiled by the irrigation water.
With a good potted plant soil, you also ensure better aeration of the soil and an optimal combination of nutrients and water. Now your plant can help itself to water as needed.
Hint! In most cases, the insurance covers any damage, e.g. rear-end collisions, storm damage or theft.
